| Terms and conditions
We use a secure terminal credit card payment system and we do not see your card details at any-time. We accept most major credit cards.
For orders outside Ireland customers should be aware of their own local taxes and duties as Noel Cassidy.ie cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the customer has to pay in their own jurisdiction.
All stock is subject to availability and although we do our utmost to keep the stock up to date sometimes something out of our control will mean we will be unable to complete your order. If this happens we will contact the customer and try and resolve the matter quickly.
Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and we will refund you fully. After this time your order will have been despatched and it would too late to retrieve the parcel.
